Your statutory rights
This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

The information below summarises your key rights as a consumer under UK law. It is a summary only and does not replace the underlying legislation. Nothing in our contracts or policies limits these rights.
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill
Under section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the services we provide must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you may be entitled to have the service performed again at no additional cost, or to a price reduction.
Goods (including parts) must be satisfactory
Under sections 9–11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 any parts we supply as part of a repair must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You have a short-term right to reject within 30 days for faulty goods; after that you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject.
Cooling-off for online, phone and off-premises sales
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give consumers a 14-day cooling-off period. See our cancellation policy.
Direct Debits are protected
Payments taken by Direct Debit are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which entitles you to a full and immediate refund from your bank for any error in the payment.
