A fixed-price repair for a single fault on a single appliance. Ideal if you don't want an ongoing plan. You'll see the full quote before you pay.
What's typically included
- Engineer call-out and diagnosis
- Standard labour to complete the repair on the first visit where possible
- Standard parts if selected during booking
- 12-month guarantee on the workmanship of the repair
What's typically not included
- Specialist or obsolete parts — quoted separately after diagnosis
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Appliances that are unsafe to work on until made safe
- Commercial appliances unless expressly agreed in writing
- Pre-existing unsafe electrical or gas installations
