An initial repair plus an ongoing maintenance and support plan for the same appliance. Choose monthly or annual billing. Not an insurance product unless your plan document expressly states otherwise.
Immediate repair
Our engineer diagnoses and repairs your appliance on the first visit where possible.
Rolling care plan
You then move on to a monthly or annual plan covering ongoing maintenance and support.
Fair cancellation
14-day cooling-off period after purchase. After that, cancellation terms are set out in your plan document.
Key eligibility & exclusions
- Appliance must be safe to work on and free from pre-existing damage.
- Waiting period may apply — see plan terms.
- Contract length is 12 months minimum unless otherwise stated.
- If the appliance is beyond economical repair, we may offer a contribution towards a replacement (where enabled by the plan).
