Data subject rights
This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have a number of rights over personal data that KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD holds about you. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them. It should be read together with our privacy policy.
Your rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to stop processing certain data while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability — receive certain data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
- Rights around automated decision-making — we do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How to make a request
Signed-in customers can raise a request from their account privacy centre. You can also email privacy@kettlebridge.co.uk or write to Data Protection, Flat 2, 33 Tyldesley Road, Blackpool, England, FY1 5DH, United Kingdom.
What we need from you
We will ask you to verify your identity before disclosing personal data. Where a request is made on someone else's behalf we will also ask for their written authority.
Response time and fees
We will respond within one calendar month of receiving a valid request. Complex requests may be extended by up to two further months and we will tell you if that applies. Requests are free of charge; we may charge a reasonable administrative fee only where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
Complaints to the ICO
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or a rights request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns first.
