Before you subscribe
Every plan includes unlimited call-outs (subject to fair use), no excess and no waiting period. 14-day cooling-off from the plan start. Monthly plans then have a 12-month minimum and need 30 days' notice. Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rata refund, less services already used. These are service contracts, not insurance.
