Accessibility statement

This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) is committed to making www.kettlebridge.co.uk accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Design with sufficient colour contrast and legible typography.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states throughout.
  • Provide meaningful text alternatives for images and icons.
  • Label form fields, buttons and interactive elements for screen readers.
  • Respect operating-system settings for reduced motion.
  • Offer UK-based phone and email support as an alternative to self-service.

Known limitations

Third-party embedded content (for example map providers or payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where this is the case we provide an accessible alternative on request.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you find something that is difficult to use, please tell us. Email support@kettlebridge.co.uk or call 020 8050 2402. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix any confirmed issue as quickly as reasonably possible.
