Refund policy

This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

This policy sets out when and how KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care, company number 17332199) issues refunds. It sits alongside — and does not limit — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

One-off repairs

If a repair we have carried out is not performed with reasonable care and skill, we will put it right, offer a re-visit at no additional cost, or provide a refund of the labour element as appropriate.

Appliance care plans

You may cancel a care plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless you have asked us to start work during that period — in which case we may deduct a fair charge for services provided. See our cancellation policy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the request. Direct Debit refunds are handled under the Direct Debit Guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email billing@kettlebridge.co.uk or call 020 8050 2402. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days.
