Repair + Care terms

"Repair + Care" combines a one-off repair with an ongoing appliance care plan at a discounted rate. When you purchase Repair + Care from KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) both parts of the package are governed by the following terms.

1. Two contracts, one purchase

The repair element is governed by our repair service terms and the ongoing plan by our appliance care plan terms. Where those terms conflict with this document in respect of the bundle, this document applies.

2. Discount and minimum term

The bundled discount is offered on the basis that the plan runs for at least 12 months. If you cancel the plan within 12 months (other than during the 14-day cooling-off period), the discount applied to the initial repair will be recovered from your final invoice or refund, up to the amount originally discounted.

3. Cooling-off

Consumers have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel the whole bundle. If you asked us to carry out the initial repair during that period and then cancel, we will charge only the standard repair price for the work performed and refund the remainder. See our cancellation policy.

4. Coverage start date

Ongoing plan cover begins on the day the initial repair is completed (or 7 days from purchase if you decline the initial repair). Faults reported before the start date are handled under the initial-repair element only.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
