Promotions terms
This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

These general terms apply to all promotional codes, discount offers, seasonal campaigns and referral schemes operated by KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) unless the specific promotion says otherwise.
Eligibility
- Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless stated otherwise.
- Employees, engineers and their immediate families are excluded.
- One promotion code may be used per booking and codes cannot be combined.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
How promotions apply
Discounts are applied at checkout to the qualifying part of the order only (for example, the plan fee or the diagnosis fee). Third-party fees such as parts at trade cost or Direct Debit surcharges are not eligible unless expressly stated.
Expiry and withdrawal
Codes are valid only during the dates published with the promotion. We reserve the right to end or amend a promotion, or to cancel a booking obtained by fraud or abuse, at any time.
Cancellation and refunds
If a promotional booking is cancelled or refunded, the discount is forfeit and only the amount actually paid will be refunded, in accordance with our refund policy.
Referral offers
Referrers only receive their reward once the referred customer has completed their first paid appointment and has passed the 14-day cooling-off period. Rewards are typically applied as account credit on your next invoice.
