Modern slavery and human trafficking statement
This document forms part of the terms on which KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD (trading as Kettlebridge Appliance Care) provides its services. It should be read together with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and statutory rights notice.

Although KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD is currently below the £36m turnover threshold at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement, we publish this statement voluntarily to set out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
Our business
Kettlebridge Appliance Care provides domestic appliance repairs and appliance care plans to households and landlords in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain consists primarily of spare-parts distributors, engineer subcontractors and technology providers.
Our policies and controls
- All employees and self-employed engineers are checked to confirm they have the right to work in the UK.
- All engineers are paid at or above the statutory minimum wage for their hours worked and are never charged fees to work for us.
- We provide a confidential channel — legal@kettlebridge.co.uk — for anyone to raise a concern about mistreatment or exploitation.
- Our supplier onboarding requires suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Risk assessment
We assess our exposure to modern slavery as low, but recognise higher-risk areas including labour subcontracting and imported components. We review these risks annually.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with information about suspected modern slavery can contact the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700, the police on 101, or 999 in an emergency.
This statement is approved by the directors of KETTLEBRIDGE APPLIANCE CARE LTD and is reviewed annually.
